Job summary

Inspiro Learning is offering an Apprentice Nursery Practitioner role in the UK. You will rotate through nursery rooms, gaining hands-on experience while training in Early Years to become a qualified educator.

This apprenticeship can be Level 2 or Level 3 depending on experience, with a 40-hour week and 20% learning time. It includes a growth path via N Academy and potential for EY degree after completion.

Qualifications

• Be 16 or over.
• Not already be in full-time education.
• Complete a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years apprenticeship standard.
• Regular one-to-one sessions with a dedicated trainer remotely or via workplace visits.
• Learn and train for a specific job.
• Get paid and receive holiday leave.
• Study for at least 20% of working hours.
• Complete assessments during and at the end of the apprenticeship.
• Be on a career path with future potential.

Responsibilities

• Support your team in the delivery of basic childcare routines.
• Deliver our 'learning through play' educational ethos.
• Innovate with activities and challenge children’s learning and development.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with parents.
• Promote child welfare and follow safeguarding procedures; work a flexible shift pattern (7am–7pm).
