Vertu Volvo Taunton is offering an Apprentice Light Vehicle Technician role in Taunton. You will earn while you learn, training in a busy Volvo workshop toward a nationally recognised qualification.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at grade 4/C or above or equivalent.
• One additional GCSE at grade 4/C or above (or equivalent).
• Enthusiasm for automotive technology and readiness to learn on the job.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out vehicle servicing and maintenance tasks.
• Performing vehicle health checks and visual inspections.
• Assisting with repairs and diagnostic work.
• Completing workshop documentation accurately.
• Learning from experienced system technicians on complex repairs and fault finding.
• Delivering high workmanship and customer service to reflect the Volvo brand.
