Job summary

Grosvenor Engineering Group in Tamworth is offering an apprenticeship to learn how to repair, maintain and install air conditioning and refrigeration equipment in commercial and retail settings.

You will work alongside qualified technicians, gaining hands‑on experience while pursuing a nationally recognised qualification and building a long-term career in the HVAC sector.

Applicants should have some relevant experience, a current driver’s licence, and a passion for technology and learning.

Qualifications

• Experience in a previous job or part‑time role.
• Must hold a current driver’s licence.
• Interest in technology and willingness to learn.
• Commitment to education, ideally Year 12 completed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with repairing, maintaining and installing HVAC equipment in commercial and retail settings.
• Learn on-the-job from qualified technicians and gain hands‑on experience.
• Support delivery of projects as part of Grosvenor Engineering Group team.

About the Role:

Our apprenticeships give you the chance to work with a number of technicians to pick up all the tricks of the trade, all while completing a nationally recognized qualification. You’ll be learning and earning!

On the job you’ll work alongside our qualified techs – assisting with tasks like repairing, maintaining and installation of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment in a commercial and retail setting – work on some big jobs for major clients.
