Job summary

University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust is offering an Apprenticeship as an Apprentice Human Resources Adviser in the Policy, Reward & HR Projects team. The role provides practical HR experience while completing the Level 5 People Professional Apprenticeship, leading to CIPD Associate Diploma in People Management with protected learning time.

This 22-month fixed-term apprenticeship enables hands-on work across HR, including policy reviews, job evaluation support and workforce

Qualifications

• Undertake CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management apprenticeship.
• Five GCSEs at grades 9 to 4 (A* to C) including Maths and English.
• CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate or equivalent knowledge/experience in HR support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate job evaluation processes and support managers with job descriptions and role design.
• Contribute to HR policy reviews and support key workforce projects.
• Assist with project planning, information preparation, data analysis and communications to keep projects on track.
