Job summary

Nottinghamshire County Council is offering an Apprenticeship Trainee role in highways, allowing you to learn from experienced professionals while delivering highway improvements for the community.

This fixed-term, full-time post lasts 38 months, with 37 hours per week, based at County Hall in West Bridgford. You will undertake the Level 3 Transport Planning Technician Apprenticeship as part of the training.

Qualifications

  • GCSEs: 5 passes (9-4) including English & Maths.
  • Willingness to complete Level 3 Transport Planning Technician Apprenticeship (24-36 months).
  • Basic knowledge of transport planning and highway design principles.

In This Role, You Will

To Be Successful In This Role, You Should Have

  • Basic knowledge of transport planning and highway design principles.
