Job summary

PTSG Fire Safety Solutions in Leeds, England, invites applications for an Apprentice Engineer in Fire and Security Systems. The program runs for 3 years with college blocks and practical on-site training, focusing on design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of fire detection, security alarms, CCTV and access control for UK clients.

You will travel to client sites within the Leeds region and attend college every two months.

Qualifications

• GCSE pass in Maths and English.
• Clean driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Strong interest in fire, emergency and security industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Learn design, install, commissioning and maintenance of fire, emergency and security systems.
• Travel to client sites within the region and to college sessions.
• Provide professional customer service and work safely in diverse environments.
• Work independently or as part of a team to install and maintain systems.
