Job summary

Sensetech Systems, a UK-based fire and security installer, invites applicants to join a hands-on Apprenticeship programme. You’ll work with experienced engineers to install, maintain and fault-find Access Control, Video Surveillance, Intruder Alarms, and Fire Alarms while learning at pace.

Training is delivered by Skills for Security, with block-release sessions at our Dagenham/Watford centres. You’ll work toward a Level 3 Fire, Emergency & Security Systems Technician qualification, building

Qualifications

• GCSE maths and English at grade 4 or above.
• 18+ with site access; upper limit 24 but candidates may be considered.
• Driver's licence preferred, to be obtained by the end of the apprenticeship.
• Electrical installation/site experience required.
• Must pass Enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Train hands-on with real fire, security and data cabling systems.
• Learn from industry experts during block-release training.
• Complete a range of tasks and projects on site.
• Build evidence from work to support learning.
• Sit annual assessments at the centre.
