Job summary

Innovaré Offsite Limited in Coventry invites applications for an apprentice estimator. You will support the estimating team by reviewing project drawings, taking measurements, and helping to prepare accurate tenders.

This advanced apprenticeship (Construction support technician, level 3) trains you to measure, obtain supplier quotes, and assist with cost estimates for materials and labour while developing handover experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Well organized with good problem solving abilities.
• Strong numerical and number skills.
• GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4 or equivalent).

Introduction

An apprentice estimator involves supporting the estimating team by reviewing project drawings, preparing cost estimates, and helping to submit accurate tenders.

Innovaré specialises in offsite construction using Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs). The company was launched in 2007 and has an impressive track record of delivery, both on our own projects and in partnership with developers and main contractors. What You'll Do

• Reviewing tender documents

• Supporting project handovers

Training Outcome

Once you have completed your apprenticeship, you will have the chance to work as a qualified estimator, which in turn can lead onto other senior level roles within the organisation.
