Our Apprenticeship Programme
The Linde Material Handling (MH) Engineering Apprenticeship Programme helps develop our own engineers to support our demand for field, workshop, and site-based engineers. The main purpose is to learn how to become a fully competent Linde engineer by applying college learning and demonstrating this knowledge to mentors and assessors to meet customer needs.
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice Engineer in the South region. You should be passionate about engineering, eager to learn, motivated to succeed, and interested in joining a multinational engineering company.
The programme lasts three years, culminating in a Level 3 apprenticeship in Lift Truck & Powered Access Engineering. You will be supported by a dedicated Mentor and an Apprentice Development Officer (ADO), who will monitor your training through college and on-the-job learning. During this time, you will learn to inspect, maintain, service, and repair various types of material handling equipment including forklift trucks.
Travel to college, including overnight stays, will be funded along with accommodation and meals. Upon successful completion, you will be a qualified Linde engineer ready to start your career.
