Job summary

N Family Club in Bishop’s Stortford is hiring an Apprentice Educator to gain hands-on early years experience while training in Early Years (Level 2 or 3). You’ll rotate through nursery rooms, deliver caring supervision, and progress into a qualified educator role on completion.

You’ll learn to plan innovative learning experiences, observe and assess child development, and foster strong relationships with families as part of your apprenticeship journey.

• No prior experience required, passion for education and changing children's lives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver our learning through play ethos and the N Curriculum with care.
• Learn and support daily routine for smooth meals, naps and play times.
• Plan engaging learning experiences to support child development.
• Conduct high-quality observations, assessments and planning.
• Build strong relationships with parents and support mealtime supervision.
