Job summary

N Family Club in Blackheath is offering an Apprentice Educator role where you gain hands-on experience while working towards an Early Years apprenticeship (Level 2 or Level 3). Rotating around nursery rooms, you’ll provide safe, inspiring care and progress into a qualified educator role after completion.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; genuine passion for education and changing lives of children.

Responsibilities

• Deliver our learning through play ethos and the N Curriculum with care and flair.
• Support daily routines to ensure smooth transitions between meals, naps and play.
• Plan engaging learning experiences to support child development.
• Carry out observations, assessments and planning for key children.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
• Support mealtime supervision in line with safety policies.
• Keep all areas clean and tidy throughout the day.
• Commit to your apprenticeship path and gain your EY qualification.
