Job summary

N Family Club in Tunbridge Wells is seeking Apprentice Educators to nurture learning through play and the N Curriculum. You will support daily routines, observe and assess child development, and build strong relationships with families in a fast-moving nursery setting.

No prior experience required; a positive, energetic attitude and a commitment to learning are essential as you work toward Early Years qualifications and career progression with us.

Your key responsibilities

• Learn to plan innovative, challenging learning experiences to support child development.
• Learn how to carry out high-quality observations, assessments, and planning for key children.
• Learn how to build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
• Learn how to support mealtime supervision in line with N’s safety policies.
• Make sure every area is kept clean and tidy throughout the day.
• Commit to your apprenticeship path and gain your Early Years qualification.
