Job summary

N Family Club in Camberwell, London, is seeking an Apprentice Educator to join our Nursery Education team. This permanent full-time role offers hands-on experience while working towards an Early Years apprenticeship (Level 2 or 3).

You’ll rotate around nursery rooms, providing safe and inspiring care, and progress into a qualified educator after completing the apprenticeship. Join us to embrace our 'learning through play' ethos, build strong relationships with parents, and contribute to child

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; enthusiasm for education and helping children.

Responsibilities

• Deliver learning through play and follow the N Curriculum with care and flair.
• Support daily routines to ensure smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes.
• Plan innovative, engaging learning experiences to support child development.
• Carry out high-quality observations, assessments, and planning for key children.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
• Support mealtime supervision in line with N’s safety policies.
• Keep all areas clean and tidy throughout the day.
• Commit to apprenticeship path and gain your Early Years qualification.

As an Apprentice Educator at N Family, you’ll gain hands‑on experience whilst working towards your apprenticeship in Early Years (Level 2 or Level 3). Rotating around the nursery rooms, you’ll give safe and inspirational care to every child you work with. As soon as your apprenticeship is finished, you’ll move into a qualified educator role with us and begin to build your future!
