Job summary

N Family Club in Maidenhead, Berkshire is seeking an Apprentice Educator to join our Nursery Education team on a permanent full-time basis. You will start your apprenticeship in Early Years (Level 2 or Level 3), gaining hands-on experience while delivering our learning-through-play approach.

You'll rotate through nursery rooms, provide safe, inspiring care, and transition to a qualified educator after completing your apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Deliver our learning through play ethos and the N Curriculum with care.
• Support daily routines and transitions (mealtimes, naptimes, playtimes).
• Plan innovative learning experiences to support child development.
• Carry out observations, assessments, and planning for key children.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
• Support mealtime supervision in line with safety policies.
• Keep areas clean and tidy throughout the day.
• Pursue apprenticeship path and gain Early Years qualification.

As an Apprentice Educator at N Family, you'll gain hands-on experience whilst working towards your apprenticeship in Early Years (Level 2 or Level 3). Rotating around the nursery rooms, you'll give safe and inspirational care to every child you work with. As soon as your apprenticeship is finished, you'll move into a qualified educator role with us and begin to build your future!

Your key responsibilities
