Qualifications

• Must be 16 or older with a passion for children.
• GCSE English & Maths or Functional Skills Level 1+ or equivalent accepted.
• Commit to a full apprenticeship programme.
• Patient and friendly, with good communication in a team.

Responsibilities

• Apply the Storal curriculum and our pedagogy daily.
• Identify learning opportunities in daily routines like meals and transitions.
• Engage with children and families to build trusting relationships.
