Job summary

Storal is seeking an Apprentice Early Years Educator in Charlbury to help keep children safe, loved and inspired to learn. You will apply our curriculum and work alongside a supportive team in a nurturing setting.

These roles require enthusiasm for child development, strong English and Maths basics, and a commitment to completing the apprenticeship. Benefits include DBS funding, flexible hours, and opportunities to grow within Storal’s network.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 or older with a passion for children.
• GCSE English & Maths or Functional Skills Level 1+ or equivalent accepted.

About the role:

As an Apprentice Early Years Educator you will be a key part of keep our children safe, loved and inspired to learn.

Key activities include:

• Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily
• Seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions
• Bond with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments

Essentials

• Are 16 or over, have a passion for children and an aptitude for learning
• Minimum requirements to apply for this role are English and Maths GCSE grades 2 or E or above OR Functional Skills Level 1 or above.
• are able to commit to a full apprenticeship programme.
• are patient and friendly
