Job summary

Vertu Motors plc is recruiting an Apprentice Digital Learning Content Creator to join our Learning & Development team. You’ll design, create and deliver engaging online learning content while you progress through a recognised Level 5 Digital Learning Designer Apprenticeship.

No prior digital learning experience needed, but you should be creative, digitally curious and keen to learn. You’ll gain hands-on experience with Litmos LMS, Microsoft 365, Canva, and AI-powered tools, supported by

Qualifications

• A minimum of two A-Levels.
• A minimum of 5 GCSEs grade C or 4 or above.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• A creative mindset with an interest in content creation, design and technology.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Confident in learning or using new digital tools and platforms.
• An interest in training, education or people development.
• A positive, collaborative approach and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Creating engaging digital learning content using a variety of media and technologies.
• Supporting the administration and maintenance of the Litmos Learning Management System (LMS).
• Producing learner communications and engagement activities to increase participation and completion rates.
• Developing digital assets including videos, graphics, guides, learning resources and eLearning materials.
• Using tools such as Microsoft 365, Canva, Synthesia and AI-powered technologies to create impactful learning experiences.
• Producing reports, dashboards and learning insights to help measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Supporting testing, quality assurance and ongoing updates of learning content and platforms.
• Collaborating with colleagues across the business to understand learning needs and recommend digital learning solutions.
• Contributing ideas and innovations that enhance the learner experience and drive continuous improvement.
