Full‑time apprenticeship customer‑service advisor (Hourly rate: £11.09) located at Rhydycar Business Park, Merthyr Tydfil, CF48 1DH.

The Role

Customer‑service advisor supporting existing EE customers and showing them why EE is the right choice.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional and personal service to customers.
• Support customers with queries and issues.
• Advise customers on EE products and services.
• Complete Level2 NVQ in Customer Service as part of the apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Willingness to undertake the Level2 NVQ in Customer Service during the apprenticeship.
