Green & Fortune is seeking an Apprentice Commis Chef to begin a career in hospitality. You will gain hands-on experience across our café, restaurant and events kitchens, with exposure to bakery and butchery to understand ingredients and techniques from start to finish.

No previous kitchen experience is required; what matters is your passion for food, willingness to learn, and drive to become a chef within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh food across our café, restaurant and events kitchens.
• Build cooking, preparation and presentation skills alongside experienced chefs.
