Greene King is seeking a Commis Chef to join our kitchen team and contribute to high standards of food preparation. You’ll follow established recipes, support the kitchen with various tasks, and participate in ongoing training to build culinary skills.

In a fast-paced hotel/restaurant environment, you will maintain hygiene standards, assist with stock management, and work closely with colleagues to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to follow recipes and guidelines accurately.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborates well with kitchen staff and participates in training.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of ingredients and dishes with precision.
