Role Overview

As an Apprentice Civil Engineering CAD Technician, you will support the Transport and Infrastructure Design Team, assisting at all design stages using MicroStation, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other software. You will learn and develop your skills under close supervision, contributing to diverse projects across industry sectors.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication and organizational skills
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Enthusiasm, ambition, and willingness to learn
• Basic computer literacy; experience with modelling software is a plus but not essential
• Teamworking skills and proactive attitude
• Ability to work independently and pay attention to detail
• Knowledge of engineering science and technology

Minimum Qualifications

5 GCSEs at grades 9-5, including:

• Maths
• English
• Science
• ICT or Computer Sciences (or equivalent)
