Job summary

St Austell Brewery is seeking a Chef Apprentice for The Wellington, a prominent venue in its managed pubs. You will gain hands-on kitchen experience, learn from skilled chefs, and complete a fully funded Level 2 apprenticeship in Professional Cookery.

From day one you’ll be part of a busy kitchen, building skills in cooking, presentation, and kitchen operations, with clear career pathways across the South West. Career growth is supported.

What You’ll Be Doing

From day one, you will be part of a busy, fast-paced kitchen team, learning directly from experienced chefs. You’ll develop key skills including:

Alongside your practical experience, you will complete a fully funded Level 2 apprenticeship in Professional Cookery.

By the end of your apprenticeship, you will have the skills, confidence and experience to progress your career within St Austell Brewery or beyond.
