What You'll Do

There are two apprenticeship positions available. No previous experience is required as full paid training and a comprehensive induction will be provided, so the successful applicants can be confident they will be supported from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing

• As a Healthcare Assistant/Care Worker, you’ll visit people in their own homes and help them live safely and independently.
• This is a Night Support Worker role so hours will be varied and flexible and change from week to week.
• Work based learning and studying for an Adult Care Worker Level 2 Apprenticeship.

Typical duties include:

• Providing personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Helping with meal preparation and household tasks
• Supporting with medication reminders or administration
• Assisting with mobility and attending appointments
• Always promoting independence and dignity

You’ll work closely with our care team and management, who will always have your back.
