Job summary

Trescal Ltd invites you to join its Apprentice programme across UK sites. You will be trained to calibrate and optimise measuring instrumentation and learn fault finding and repair skills within ISO9001/ISO17025 frameworks.

Over four years, you will gain NVQ Level 3 and BTEC Diploma Level 3 (Level 7 Scotland) in Engineering, plus in-house training across calibration disciplines and opportunities to progress to senior roles.

Qualifications

• GCSEs English and Maths at grade 4 or higher (or equivalent in Scotland).
• Proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate and optimise a wide range of measuring instrumentation.
• Fault find and repair equipment in accordance with procedures.
• Work within ISO9001 and ISO17025 audited systems.
• Attend college weekly as part of the apprenticeship.
