Arriva Kent Thameside Limited is offering a four-year Apprentice Bus Technician apprenticeship at our Harlow depot. You will train to inspect, diagnose, repair and test bus systems, progressing through a Mech/Elec specialization while working with a supportive team.

The programme includes blocks of training at a partner workshop in Wolverhampton and a clear path to becoming a skilled Bus Engineer with on-going development and salary progression.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) at Grace C / Level 3 minimum.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, repair and test equipment and systems on buses using diagnostic equipment.
• Perform tasks from simple parts replacement to solving complex faults.
• Work with an experienced team at Harlow depot to develop skills and knowledge.
