CMS is offering an Apprenticeship in Business Administration (with Legal) Level 3 for an administrative team member. The role is based in the office, five days a week, with on-the-job learning and structured training provided by an external provider over 18 months.
The successful candidate will be supported and mentored while gaining experience across practice groups, secretarial tasks, and clerical duties.

As an administrative team member working across various practice groups within the firm, you will gain an understanding of the variety of tasks that are undertaken to support your colleagues in the secretarial team, as well as fee earners and partners in the wider practice group. We are looking for an individual who is keen to grow their knowledge and confidence whilst gaining an understanding of the numerous administrative tasks that are carried out in the team. With the support and mentoring of colleagues, you will develop your skills within the workplace with a view to progressing your career within the secretarial team. This role is 5 days a week in the office as all tasks undertaken in this role are purely office based.
