Job summary

NRL Recruitment in Falkirk is seeking an Apprentice Administrator to join our Rail division. This apprenticeship offers a route into permanent employment after completion, with a strong focus on training and development.

Reporting into the Rail Operations Manager, you will handle payroll, COOM submission, and weekly shift planning, while supporting general administrative duties. A GCSE English/Maths grade and a UK driving licence are required. Hybrid work is available.

Apprentice Administrator– Falkirk

NRL are seeking an Apprentice Administrator to join our Rail division, based in Falkirk.

The role is a great opportunity for someone to start their career in rail. Having recently been awarded an 8-year contract, this will be an Apprenticeship role with a view of moving into permanent employment upon successful completion of the program.

Working with clients to undertake essential maintenance upgrades and repairs, with expertise including Asset Inspection, Ultrasonic Testing, Non-Destructive Engineering (MPI & DPI), and Grinding. Requirements:
