Job summary

NRL invites applications for an Apprentice Administrator role based in Falkirk, joining our Rail division. This apprenticeship offers a clear pathway to permanent employment on successful completion, with hybrid working and strong training support to help you grow.

Reporting to the Rail Operations Manager, you will assist with payroll, scheduling, and various admin tasks while developing rail knowledge. Ideal candidates will hold GCSE English and Maths and have a full UK driving licence.

• Full UK driving licence.
• Interest in rail industry and training.

Responsibilities

• Compile weekly shift plans.

Apprentice Administrator – Falkirk NRL are seeking an Apprentice Administrator to join our Rail division, based in Falkirk. The role is a great opportunity for someone to start their career in rail. Having recently been awarded an 8-year contract, this will be an Apprenticeship role with a view of moving into permanent employment upon successful completion of the program.
