Pudsey Day Nursery is seeking a Level 3 Early Years Educator apprentice to join their friendly team on-site in the UK. You will train across EYPS components and support childcare delivery under supervision, helping children learn and stay safe.

The role emphasises effective communication with children and parents, safeguarding, and collaborative planning of play activities in line with the EYFS. Apprenticeship commitment with on-the-job training.

Formación

• Level 2 Childcare or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Training in all aspects of the EYPS Level 2, feeding, toileting, health and safety.
• Communicating effectively with children and parents; safeguarding.
• Support planning and delivery of purposeful play activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Work with parents, colleagues and other agencies to meet children’s individual needs.
• Support children to understand healthy life choices through engaging play activities.
• Working week: Monday to Friday.

Pudsey Day Nursery are looking for a level 3 apprentice to join their team. They aim to be the next best thing when carers and parents can not be around, to ensures that the children are comfortable, cared for and educated to the highest possible standards. This is an exciting opportunity to join this local, friendly nursery.

Some duties and responsibilities include: Training in all aspects of the E.Y.P Level 2 Feeding Toileting Health and Safety Communicating effectively with Children and Parents Safeguarding Support the planning and delivery of purposeful play activities in line with the early years foundation stage Work with parents, colleagues and other agencies to ensure children's individual needs are met Support the children to understand healthy life choices through engaging play activities Working Week Monday to Friday

Must have completed L2 Childcare or equivelent Personal Qualities Passionate Empathetic Kind Caring Dedicated Must be smart and presentable Keen and interested in Childcare Skills Required Self-motivation Good communication skills Ability to meet strict deadlines Time management Training to be Provided

Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your employer. They will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day. You will be working towards the Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship standard, which includes:

• Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours
• Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid or Level 3 Award in Emergency Paediatric First Aid
• Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
