You will design experiments, translate research into prototypes, and collaborate with engineering to ship models. You will mentor junior researchers, present findings to leadership, and uphold technical standards across the AI function.

Qualifications

• Strong track record in applied machine learning, with published work or shipped models.
• Fluent in Python and at least one major deep learning framework (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
• Solid grounding in statistics and experimental design.

Responsibilities

• Design experiments to test model architectures and training approaches against real business problems.
• Translate research papers into working prototypes within weeks.
• Partner with engineering to move models from notebook to production infrastructure.
