Responsibilities

• Lead the practical deployment and optimisation of AI-enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Teams Premium, low-code/AI automation, and internal AI assistants.
• Translate organisational problems into clear, testable applied AI use cases focused on productivity, knowledge work, insight generation and operational efficiency.
• Evaluate and select AI tools and features, balancing capability, risk, cost and user benefit.
• Configure, pilot, evaluate and iterate AI tooling, including prompt strategies, agent design, workflow integration and governance controls.
