Chambers and Partners is seeking an Applied AI Lead to steer the AI engineering team and define high standards for AI across the business. This hands-on leadership role combines technical direction with people leadership to shape how AI creates value in editorial, research, product and commercial domains.

You will lead AI initiatives end-to-end, mentor a growing team and collaborate with Product, Data, Technology and Commercial units to translate business challenges into practical AI solutions

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record applying data science, ML and GenAI to real business problems.
• Experience leading AI engineers and delivering multiple technical workstreams.
• Ability to translate business challenges into practical AI solutions and production readiness.
• Strong Python and SQL skills with production-grade CI/CD, testing and governance.

• Lead delivery of multiple AI initiatives from discovery to production and impact measurement.
• Set technical direction across AI architecture, data strategies, evaluation and deployment.
• Design scalable, secure AI solutions with cross-team collaboration.
