SearchWorks is seeking an AI Engineering Leader to own the AI engineering capability and shape the next phase of its technical journey. The role combines hands-on AI/ML expertise with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams, driving production-grade AI systems and GenAI capabilities.

You will define the technical direction, work with senior leadership, and mentor engineers while staying closely involved with core technology and architectural decisions.

Formación

• Proven leadership of AI/ML teams.
• Experience deploying AI/ML products to production.
• Strong Python programming.
• Experience with generative AI and LLMs.
• Cloud infrastructure experience.
• Ability to hire and mentor engineers.
