Job summary

Klipboard is seeking an AI-focused engineer to ship AI features inside established C# .NET codebases. You will design prompts, manage context, and integrate models with care for reliability and performance.

You’ll prototype quickly, run evaluations against real business cases, and collaborate with product managers, engineers and subject matter experts to turn ambitious ideas into shipped, customer-facing capabilities.

Qualifications

• Solid production experience with C# .NET in established codebases.
• Hands-on experience building with large language models (prompt design, context engineering).
• Track record of shipping quickly from idea to working software.
• Experience testing/evaluating LLM outputs and using results to improve quality.
• Daily fluency with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor or equivalents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI features end-to-end in established products.
• Maintain production-grade quality: error handling, fallbacks, latency, logging and monitoring.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand business problems and constraints.
• Prototype fast and harden; balance speed with quality and safety.
• Keep up-to-date with evolving AI tools/configurations and integrate pragmatically.
