Job summary

Klipboard is hiring for a hands-on AI engineer to ship AI features inside our established C# .NET codebases. You will design prompts, manage context, integrate models and ensure robust, production-ready delivery. You’ll work with our product managers and engineers to understand business problems and deliver measurable improvements.

We value rapid iteration, clean design, and rigorous evaluation of AI outputs, with a bias toward practical, honest shipping rather than delays over perfection.

Qualifications

• Solid production experience with C# .NET in established codebases.
• Hands-on experience building with large language models: prompt design, context engineering and structured outputs.
• Track record of shipping quickly from idea to working software.
• Experience testing or evaluating LLM outputs and using results to improve quality.
• Daily fluency with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor or equivalents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI features end-to-end from requirement understanding through to shipped, evaluated product capability.
• Design prompts, context strategies and LLM integrations for product features.
• Maintain production-grade quality: error handling, latency management, logging and monitoring.
• Work with product managers and engineers to understand the business problem properly.
