Job summary

Klipboard is hiring for a hands-on AI feature developer to ship integration work inside existing C# .NET codebases. You will design prompts, manage context, and integrate models across our ERP/SaaS platforms.

You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, ensuring production-grade quality with robust evaluation. The role emphasizes speed with honesty, delivering real value to customers while maintaining system integrity.

Qualifications

• Solid production experience with C# .NET and shipping changes safely.
• Hands-on experience with large language models: prompt design and context engineering.
• Track record of shipping quickly into working software in weeks, not quarters.
• Experience testing or evaluating LLM outputs to improve quality.
• Daily fluency with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor or equivalents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI features end-to-end from requirement understanding through to shipped, evaluated product capability.
• Maintain production-grade quality: error handling, fallbacks, latency management, logging and monitoring.
• Care about accuracy, safety and data handling in customer-facing features.
• Leave documentation in better shape for future engineers and teams.
• Prototype fast, harden properly, and ensure reliability before shipping.
