Klipboard is seeking an AI-enabled software engineer to ship AI features inside our established C# .NET codebases. You will design prompts, manage context, and integrate models into our ERP/SaaS solutions.

Work in a fast-paced, evidence-driven environment with product managers and engineers to deliver real customer value, balancing speed with quality. The role requires curiosity and adaptability as AI tools evolve.

Qualifications

• Solid production experience with C# .NET in established codebases.
• Hands-on experience building with large language models.
• Proven ability to ship quickly from idea to working software.
• Experience evaluating LLM outputs to improve quality.
• Daily fluency with AI coding tools like Copilot or Cursor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI features end-to-end in Klipboard products with solid evaluation.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing C# .NET codebases with safe boundaries.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to solve business problems.
