Job summary

loveholidays is seeking an experienced Applied AI Engineer to join the AI Centre of Excellence in London. You will build and operate AI-enabled SaaS platforms and agentic workflows, collaborating with product, engineering, security, vendors and business stakeholders to translate needs into effective configurations and automations.

From day one you’ll contribute to production services, improving reliability, automation and operational outcomes while developing skills and advancing AI capabilities

Qualifications

• SaaS administration of cloud-based business systems and vendor support.
• Experience building agentic AI workflows that combine models, tools and data.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven or scheduled pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Administer and improve SaaS platforms and AI-enabled services including integrations and lifecycle management.
• Build and maintain AI workflows and automation pipelines connecting models, tools, and data.
• Use Google ADK or similar frameworks to build AI-powered automations.
