You will influence engineering culture, coach engineers, and build tools to improve governance while maintaining a hands-on leadership style. This role offers growth and impact within a dynamic tech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with AI-powered feature development and leveraging AI tooling for software delivery.
• Demonstrated hands-on collaboration with engineering teams to solve complex technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Embed in mission teams to solve hard tech problems, coaching engineers hands‑on to instill core engineering principles.
• Drive initiatives to apply AI to build better solutions and improve engineering process.
• Build tooling and processes to accelerate and enable platform development.
• Design and oversee impactful systems that run reliably at cloud scale.
• Write and speak about our tech work to raise our engineering profile.
