The role is to be responsible for all aspects of application support regarding the investigations application and to become the service owner for this application in EMEA. Investigations is used for case management. The candidate will also oversee back-office platforms, investigations, and exceptions, with a focus on ISO20022 payment messaging and potential migration to alternative providers.
Additionally, the role involves supporting automatic payment repair applications, monitoring and tuning the ACE Pelican Toolkit for effective payment processing, and managing vendor relationships and project changes for these applications. The candidate will liaise with stakeholders across EMEA and New York to ensure alignment and achievement of business goals.
