Job Description:

The role is to be responsible for all aspects of application support regarding the investigations application and to become the service owner for this application in EMEA. Investigations is used for case management. The candidate will also oversee back-office platforms, investigations, and exceptions, with a focus on ISO20022 payment messaging and potential migration to alternative providers.

Additionally, the role involves supporting automatic payment repair applications, monitoring and tuning the ACE Pelican Toolkit for effective payment processing, and managing vendor relationships and project changes for these applications. The candidate will liaise with stakeholders across EMEA and New York to ensure alignment and achievement of business goals.

Duties:

• Serve as Service Owner for Sungard Investigations and ACE Pelican in EMEA.
• Manage applications for Exceptions and Investigations, and automated payment message repair.
• Oversee projects involving these applications, including vendor relationships and upgrades.
• Coordinate with business teams and international colleagues to meet business objectives.
• Support IT change delivery within the Payments & Compliance Application Support Team.

Skills:

• Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively across cultural boundaries.
• Facilitate communication between IT and business stakeholders.
• Develop mitigation strategies and track action plan implementations.
• Provide administrative support and manage team onboarding/offboarding.

Knowledge & Experience:

• Understanding of Payments and/or Compliance domains.
• Experience working with complex business and IT teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working at a senior level in customer-facing roles.
• Fluency in English, with sensitivity to multicultural environments.
• Results-oriented with good workload and deadline management skills.
