Role Summary:
We building on our past success by evolving our growing sales team into two teams going forwards: one for new logo acquisition and the other focussed on the retention and growth of our existing customer base.
This is an excellent opportunity for a tenacious and self-motivated sales professional who is hungry for success.
- Act as single point of commercial contact with an existing customer portfolio and be the interface to internal departments.
- Proactive account management to facilitate the upsell and cross sell of our service and product portfolio.
- Build and leverage business relationships with customers, partners (including Oracle), internal leadership and peers to help drive success.
- Responsible for the sales process in allocated customer accounts, including the preparation and presentation of proposals as well as coordination of pre-sales activities with internal teams.
- Accurate and timely maintenance of data relating to your customers in our CRM system.
- Manage Target and KPI performance.
- Continuous market and competition analysis.
Skills:
- Previous experience working in an Account Management role in the Oracle marketplace, ideally with Oracle E-Business experience.
- Experience of pipeline management and forecasting.
- Experience and knowledge of the partner, vendor and customer ecosystem at C-Level.
- Ability to communicate a value proposition.
- Good organizational skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Persistent.
- Results driven with a “can-do” attitude.
- Understanding and knowledge of hosting and cloud solutions.
