Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• ITIL Foundation certification and PRINCE2 qualification are required.

Responsibilities

• Capable of designing and managing application development.
• Gather requirements, prepare cost analyses for new applications and proposals for IT projects.
• Identify organisational need for new applications and evaluate software.
• Translate business requirements to technical solutions.
• Prepare technical specifications and provide guidance in area of expertise.
• Investigate faults and resolve technical issues.
• Liaise with 3rd party suppliers to fulfil requirements.
• Maintain project tasks in the EISS Project Management Tool.
• Ensure governance with Sarbanes-Oxley and ITIL processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes.
• Act as Service Owner.
