IBM Consulting UK FutureNow is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex application development and maintenance projects. You will manage scope, cost, and timelines, maintain stakeholder relationships, and ensure compliance with strategic standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and governance.
• Experience delivering system and process improvement projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Analytical mindset with focus on quality and compliance.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery models.
• PMI PMP or similar certifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery from initial discovery through to live.
• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Define implementation schedules and ensure alignment with the wider project plan.
• Apply Agile and Lean tools (Scrum, Kanban, XP).
• Build and maintain motivated cross-functional teams.
• Oversee system implementation and enhancements.
• Drive continuous improvement and obstacle removal.
