Job summary

Responsibilities
- Provide product and application support for customers on-site and off-site.
- Deliver demonstrations, tests and presentations to sales teams.
- Plan, design and deliver trainings on existing products.
- Create technical guides and tips for the sales force via intranet or newsletters.
- Assist salespeople with on-site customer presentations as needed.
- Proactively identify improvements to department operations and lead projects.
