Experience in applications engineering, technical support, or sales.

Ability to interpret technical specifications and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers throughout the sales process.
Review and interpret engineering specifications and understand customer requirements.
Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and solutions.
Own nominated key accounts with complex technical requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to manage complex orders and ensure satisfaction.
