Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Senior Technical Sales Manager for Embedded Computing to own revenue, margins and strategic direction across key sectors in the UK. The role leads a technical sales team and builds senior‑level relationships with customers, suppliers and technology partners.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering (electronics, computer, aerospace, telecoms) or a commercial degree.
• Proven track record leading technical sales teams within embedded computing or industrial technology.
• Experience selling technical products requiring design and manufacture.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L for the Embedded Computing unit, delivering revenue, margin and growth targets.
• Develop and execute the commercial growth strategy across multiple sectors.
• Lead and coach a high‑performance, design‑in focused sales team.
• Build executive‑level relationships with customers, suppliers and partners.
• Identify and convert design‑in opportunities across embedded platforms, boards and systems.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations and contracts.
• Own pipeline management, forecasting and CRM discipline across the team.
• Contribute to annual business planning and budgeting.
