Overview

Our client requires an application engineer to work on proposals and applications within their business in the South Lincolnshire area.

As an applications engineer you will be working on enquiries from customers who need equipment and selecting the most appropriate items for their needs. This role may include some occasional international travel, when needed.

This position is part of a fast response department which will result in some international travel, sometimes at short notice to support the customer on site.

To be considered for this role, you must have experience in the flare manufacturing and combustion sector.

Responsibilities
  • Maintaining good communication with the customers and keeping them informed throughout the process
  • You will need to work together with numerous teams and provide data sheets and documentation.
Qualifications
  • Engineering degree is essential for this role
  • A strong background in proposals of process engineering
  • Strong communications skills with an ability to make decisions and assert them.
  • Be able to work as part of a team
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Strong working knowledge of all programmes of MS Office
  • A full UK driving license

This position is a permanent role that will begin in September/ October 2025.

Your pay rate will be £55,000 per annum along with an excellent benefits package.

Working hours will be 8:00 (Monday to Friday) subject to client demand.
