Wrexham University seeks a skilled Developer and Support Analyst to join the Information Services team in Wales. You will develop, support and enhance the University's applications, databases and integrations to deliver reliable, secure digital services.

Working with stakeholders across the University, you will analyse requirements, translate them into technical solutions, support business-critical systems and help modernise legacy applications while maintaining documentation and providing

Qualifications

Experience developing, supporting and maintaining applications, databases and integrations.
Strong technical skills in development technologies such as MS SQL, C#, PHP and web technologies.
Experience translating business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

Developing, maintaining and supporting applications, databases and system integrations.
Designing and implementing solutions using technologies such as MS SQL, C#, PHP, Entity Framework, Oracle and web technologies.
Working with stakeholders to identify requirements and deliver system improvements.
Testing, deploying and supporting software developments and enhancements.
Providing technical support, troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Supporting database administration, security, resilience and data integrity.
Maintaining technical documentation and contributing to digital transformation projects.
