£30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience

Founded in 1984, 4S DAWN Clinical Software is a decision support software company that provides solutions for long-term safety monitoring of chronic diseases. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Application Support Technician to join our team.

To Be Considered For This Role, You Must Have:

• A good understanding of software architectures, computers, and networking
• An excellent telephone manner
• A degree (or equivalent) or another technical qualification

Experience with programming languages such as SQL, HTML, or JavaScript and databases would be beneficial but is not essential, as full training will be provided to candidates without this background.

As An Application Support Technician, You Will:

• Provide technical support to customers
• Assist with the specification, installation, configuration, and testing of software
• Support the sales process
