Founded in 1984, 4S DAWN Clinical Software is a software decision support company that provides software for the long-term safety monitoring of chronic disease. An opportunity has now arisen for an enthusiastic Application Support Technician to join our team.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A good understanding of software architectures, computers, and networking
• A degree (or equivalent) or another technical qualification

As an Application Support Technician, you will:

• Provide technical support to customers
• Assist with the specification, installation, configuration and testing of software
• Support the sales process

This is an exciting role with a clear roadmap and progression route that could see you advance through the application support function to become a software programmer or work on large scale implementations of the software. You’ll be joining a mission-led team committed to making medication monitoring safer for patients worldwide. Please note: the successful candidate will need to live within a commutable distance (approximately 20–30 miles) of Milnthorpe, Cumbria.
